GREAT Location.

Progress 910 ($735 – 2bed)

Decent location.

Good price.

Great amenities.

Known by locals as “the place” to party

 

Colonial Parke (650 – 2bed) 

Good price

OK location.

Decent amenities.

 

Quail Forest ($875 – 3bed) 

Great price.

Good location!

Pet allowed: $40 application fee + $300 dog/cat deposit

Overall, Best Value Award

Hawthorne Commons ($970 – 2bed) 

Great location

Pets allowed: $200 admin fee, $50 application, $250 cat/dog fee

Pictures were a bit deceiving on Google

Decent location

Very nice dog park.

Somewhat ghetto

Excellent location.

Feels like living on a golf course

OK location

Not as many amenities as lower-priced locations

Bit over-priced.

Far from campus. Nice pool, but that’s it.

GHETTO.

Good price.

Pet’s allowed: $200 fee + $15 rent.

 

Campus Edge($~550 – 1bed) –

Great location, but ghetto.

Managed by individual investors, so a bad landlord is a risk.

 

Pinewood ($680 – 2bed) 

Kinda ghetto.

Good price.

 

Hanover Landing ($878-3bed) –

OK location

Pets allowed: $250 one-time + $60 application fee/ plus $20 pet rent)

Pretty ghetto.
